After many calls and repeating the same information to multiple people, we eventually were told to go to the xfinity store and get a new cablecard. After installing and calling up to get it paired and restarting the TiVo it now works again. The process was not painless but at least things are working again for the time being.

My least favorite thing in the world is to contact Comcast/Xfinity, but my hand was forced. Surprisingly, after about 25 minutes on the phone, they were able to get the CableCard to receive programming, all channels except the Premium channels, HBO, Showtime etc. The TiVo DVR is unable to display any TV channels. Look at cable card menu I see the card and tuning adapter are not paired either. So another call to Cox, they pair the card and tuning adapter and say give it half an hour as they sent update to tuning adapter that will bring other tuners online. Well now its 1.5hrs later. Ive rebooted Tivo and tuning adapter and still only 2 tuners.Every channel is out, my internet still works. Not sure if it's a Tivo or Comcast issue. V-58 and V53 errors. Even if the cable card became un-paired wouldn't it still get network basic cable? Cable card shows good signal, signal lock and program lock as ok. Still can’t get live tv it’s been several months and we’re still paying our monthly for cable tv, which we can’t use. Call the Comcast support line. When the IVR asks you what to help with, say "Cable Card". You should get transferred directly to level 2, when they answer, say you need Cable Card support. They should then transfer you to the Cable Card dept. I have had much better success calling later at night than during the day.
