Hello, I recently stayed at The Strat and was charged a $200 deposit upon check in. I was advised that the deposit would be refunded 2 days after check out which was Sept.6. Two other parties that traveled with us haven't received their credit.I have yet to receive my deposit credit and have sent 3 messages to the hotel that have not been answered.

From the front door of the Stratosphere to the front door of the Sahara is not far, 5 minutes. But to get to the monorail from the front door is just about as far.
