I should also add that their reviews elsewhere all are in the 4-5 range. So perhaps you should encourage others to leave a review on big consumer review sites like Yelp and Google. I cant help but think you have somewhat of a bias here as it sounds like you are in travel biz. Some comments on thsi forum could be toned in a friendlier manner. They refused to give me a refund, they refused to let me speak with a manager and then put me on hold for over 1 hour. I have a complaint in to the better business bureau.
