Premier has always been a little more chill for shuttles. It's for sure the way to go. But for your specific scenario it shouldn't be a problem. The departure times are more of a means to not overload the buses at any given time. But there are always some running during the peak travel times.The commute in to EDC is always takes hours unless you're on one of the first shuttles. IMO you save a lot more time with the helicopter on the way in. Having taken the regular shuttle since edc 2016, i've had no issues with it. 2017 was arguably the worst year of the shuttle service in my experience. Where as 2018 and 19 got consecutively better.
