The proper way to do 2 hand crossbows is 20 or 22 dex, acerbic ring, justiciar gauntlets, psionic overload, sharpshooter, and either 12 fighter (archery style) or 4 thief and 5-8 of another martial for 4 attacks, but if you really want to break it, go Swords Bard to 8 and use slashing flourishes to shoot the main hand weapon 4x. Bard 10 is really, really good. Bard 11 I don't really care for. Their 6th levels spells aren't worth it. But Bard 10 is amazing.
