GE Washer will run a full wash cycle, but will not run the rinse/spin cycle. I think this is because the lid will not lock. I hear 4 banging noises, which I believe is the locking mechanism trying to engage, but the unit shuts off and will not drain or rinse. Does anyone have a fix for this? I have replaced the lid lock 4 times.
