Eleonora's Poleblade shouldn't be your only weapon. There are a lot of enemies and bosses who are immune to bleeding/resistant to fire or are too mobile for you to proc bleeding. Splitting between them would be the worst of both worlds. If you're planning to go to like over RL250, then in that case yeah just raise both to 80.
