The LuxPRO PSPA711 is a great thermostat. I had been looking at smarter thermostats such as the Honeywell Wifi, Nest or even Ecobee3. While these smarter thermostats do have the Fan Circ option I am looking for, they also have a lot of useless gadgets that inflate their price. The PSPA711 has a good amount of features and is reasonably priced.
