HELP. kfx 80 will not start, has compression, has spark,starting fluid did not work, went thru the carb twice, found a broken woodruff key on the rotor, replaced it still no start,put the pit cock on prime,fuel comes out. that did not work. put the pit cock on run fuel comes out, is that not right, doesent the motor have to be cranking for the fuel to flow

So far the carb and jets have been cleaned, exhaust cleaned out.
