With this belt, I don’t even feel the belt on my hips and back side since that portion is all made up stretch material. Bonus is I can also adjust the belt to be worn in shorts / sweats for edc. I just ordered the new Hunter Constantine belt that is supposed to work great without belt loops, it's elastic around the back and stiff where you might wear a holster. Obviously haven't tried it yet. But like the others have stated, the P is a pretty heavy pistol to be wearing without loops.
