My orientation was around 3 hours,it might vary slightly by store or how many people are in orientation.we signed the job offer,and did the usual paperwork (W4s and such)then watched videos for a couple of hours,then took a tour of the store and met a few members of salaried management.We were given a take home folder with attendance,dress code and a few other policies.
