May 23, 2017 · 2009 - 2014 Ford F150 - 2013 Sync Microphone not working - I recently purchased a 2013 3.5 EB SuperCrew and the sync microphone wasn't working when I bought it. I just had to replace the battery and the microphone worked for a day or so after that and has stopped again. This is the microphone in the headliner.

Oct 31, 2015 · First suggestion - make sure you hold the Hang Up button on the wheel to totally get out of Sync. If that doesn't work, reboot your iPhone and see if the problem still exists. I just took delivery of my 2021 F150 Lariat, 502A trim. So far Sync4 has been fine. The one feature I don't totally understand is the Information on Demand screen; you know, the right side of the display. Supposedly you can scroll thru all these so-called information cards. Problem is I only see 5 different options.Step 1: First and foremost, disconnect your phone and un-pair it from the SYNC device. You will have to delete your phone from the system of the car.
