Now I have found some mechanical issues, but had a few electrical questions as well. First, coil says external resistor required, but I don't see one. Rotate dist toward retard direction. Pull coil wire out of cap and hold it 1/4 inch from good clean metal and rotate dist advance direction (opposite way rotor turns) until you get a spark.
