Better trigger and better sights and better overall feel, and better accuracy at least for me. The 48MOS is now my favorite Glock, and I can always toss the 43X slide on it if I want something a little more compact. The MOS slides are the only ones you can have milled for an RMRCC while keeping the rear dovetail. That's a win.
