I really don't think the AF can sustain the promotion rates like last year. This is especially after the 23E8 being a 10% selection rate. I am curious what your thoughts and maybe realistic predictions are going to be for 23E7, 23E6 and 23E5. Take a look around the retention rate has dropped a decent amount.
