Looking at this thread the Sonos update problem has been ongoing for months. Quark does not have such a persistent update problem. Nor do other 3rd-party apps. Answer. Delete your current version of the Mac app. Go to Sonos.com and download and install a fresh version. They’re currently investigating why the Mac app is unable to self update. It’s been a few weeks at this point, I don’t remember which version the issue was included in. Bruce.
