From the local SD card, over USB, over wifi, and even from various online repositories called shops. It's where dreams come true.

Not all shops work 100% the same (I'm myself a "late user" of tinfoil so I don't know how it used to work in the past but it looks like there are several ways to implement a shop, even though most shops seems to use the same technique nowadays). They can be simple list of files or have advanced features like the new games section.
