The X-compact feels a tad smaller primarily because it's trigger reach is a hair shorter. While I have and enjoy all my P320's (X5, Carry etc), I also find I like X-Compact just a little more when I felt it in a store. I may get the grip module later. I am also 6'1 but use small grips in almost all pistols (Glock, SW) etc.
