Already wiped my mods, removed everything, delete/unsub. verified files, restart PC. still the same problem with some mods. i am trying to host a server for me and my friends. already done everything, created a test server with only 1 mod. muldraugh at the bottom of the map list.

It tends to be a very bad idea to have files with spaces or special characters in their name. Open Steam, right click PZ in the games list, and go into Properties.
