Bald. Always start bald in any character creator ever. Also no facial hair. When you start it will feel bad and look hard to make your character look good. (mainly female, and that's my opinion I know there's some bald girls killing it, Amber Rose get at me!) If you stick with it, your end results will be much more desirable.

They most likely will be scouted at levels 30-35 right off the bat now. Answer from user AngryMaccao : All the Event Quest and Challenge Quest add ons only add extra quests. These will have Event Quest or Challenge Quest in the beginning of the name. Layered armor add ons only add cosmetic armors that don't have any actual stats.
