Tradovate has pretty good commission structure, you can do "Active trader" or "Commission free" membership either monthly or yearly. I do the active trader, which is about $80/month and I get $0.19/contract fees. Tradovate charts are awful compared to ToS, so I end up using ToS charts and use Tradovate to place my orders and executions.

Tradovate connected to tradingview is such an easy and visually appealing interface. I have a few apex accounts, PA and eval and I use this setup. Tradovate replay and simulation work pretty well and as someone mentioned, it's pretty good about not automatically filling you just bc the target is hit. I will offer this one bit of caution: if you are simulating trading during a low volume session, for example overnight, I would say its not that accurate bc stops get tagged pretty easily overnight vs regular hours.
