Hi. Try putting one of the admin keys in the ignition and turn it to on. Then press SETUP until PRESS RESET TO CLEAR MYKEY appears. Then Press and hold RESET until HOLD RESET TO CONFIRM CLEAR and ALL KEYS ARE CLEARED is displayed. This is the only way I have been able to do it. Thanks, Eric.
