Elden ring pure dex build.
When i say arcane build i mean a build that upgrades arcane primarily btw, not a bleed or poison build that has low arcane scaling. However recently i found the erdtree seal which has an insane S scaling in faith. Considering they have similar spell buffs here is a comparison Pros of the Occult build:

You'd still have access to Bleed (though not as effectively as an Arcane build, of course), as well as access to high crit damage via knives etc. And the Waterfowl Dance Art can be useful at high levels of Dex for the sheer damage (if you can get it off without being poise broken).On the other hand, arcane will result in bleed proc faster but for overall damage output I believe having higher Dex is beneficial. In my opinion, the Int-Melee or Faith-Melee are the most balanced and suitable builds for anyone as they give a decent gameplay experience. So splitting the damage up may look like it'll do more, but you're doing 2 different types of damage so it'll get buffered by 2 different damage resistance values. You'll end up doing less damage to enemies. If you want to change your katana build, put on bloody slash and bleed the shit out of enemies. For the context, I have 30 Dex and 10 Faith.
