Some of the behavior suggests a battery problem and I note you replaced the battery and the engine started and ran a bit but then died. That and other no start or start/die behavior suggests a fuel pump problem. Joshua Bragg. If the engine cranks briskly, your battery may be ok. You need fuel, spark, and compression to run. So, you are missing a least one. Have you tried battery reset to see if taking all of the systems back to zero helps? Wouldn't start, the engine just turned over, tried to start a couple of times, coughed spluttered then nothing, just turned over..... Check all fuses associated as best I could, no blown fuses, not sure if the relays were all functioning. I disconnected the negative terminals on the battery, left to reset and reconnected, still nothing.
3. The last intermittent problem would be the transmission would get stuck in 3rd or 4th gear after driving on the highway. It'd start off fine but after being on the highway the problem would occur. When I'd slow down to a low speed or stop the D would sputter and then stall or I'd have to pump the gas to get going. Once going it'd start off slow.

Sometimes the screen is unusable as it goes crazy jumping all over the place changing radio stations, settings, etc. Seems to be a common problem now that I'm looking around this forum.If your starter clicks, jump it first. Usually the problem will start with a low (possibly getting bad) battery. If that is no help, then have the alternator tested. If all that checks out then go to the starter. Please disregard what I wrote above. I will say that before my TIPM was replaced I could pull the blower motor relay and it would start functioning again. Occasionally it will crank for half a second then shut off and when it does this it always starts right up as normal. We experience these starting issues frequently (every 3rd start +/-) but not any specific pattern.
