The oil cooler install gaskets for Felpro parts number es70689. Oil cooler orings are 1C3Z*6K649*BA and 1C3Z*6C610*BA. Should need 2 of each for the 4 ring cooler.EZ that Racor filter was a hybrid with a 6.9 thread and gasket at the top and a 7.3 water separator on the bottom. They stopped producing it as far as I know. I had used them for several years but could no longer get them. I searched their website and placed I used to get them at like Diesel Injection Service.Break the locking nut loose with a 1/2 wrench, then screw the allen in with a 3/16 hex. Tighten the locking nut down to 7 ft lbs and check idle rpm. I will be making a seperate thread on installing and adjusting the minimaxx with my custom locknut, I will link it once I have posted it.May 17, 2022 · People often go to .030" over. DO NOT go farther than that. The cylinder walls in a 7.3 are relatively thin so the less over bore, then better. I used to work in a shop that remanned these engines back in the late 90's and early 2000's. Our machine shop wouldn't go over a .020" over bore.

AFAIK the 7.3's all use the same filter head, with the same fuel heater in it. Dont really need any head work, they flow better than PSD heads. The head bolts or studs are a weak point, the heads will lift above 10 or 12 psi in short order. That is very easy and will tell you if the tire is out or the wheel is bent (much more likely these days). To check the wheel, put the pointer next to the rim while you spin. One thing to keep in mind, is these engines flow a whole lot more air than a typical Cummins 6BT. The boost number will be lower for a given hp rating. The E40D had a history of locking and unlocking by itself for no apparent reason, and then not storing any codes in the PCM as to why.
