The Settings app prompts that Mint provides were completely wrong and I had to tap around to find the right place to add a new eSIM. Pro tip: Do not call support using your Mint service as you attempt to transfer service between devices. The call will disconnect and you will be stuck without service on either phone.
For anyone else dealing with this let me share my solution with you: Under Settings>Cellular>SIMs, my phone number shows up twice. Once as personal, once as business. The personal was toggled on, the business was toggled off. When I click on business, I noticed the carrier for it was Ultra/Mint.Your account number should be your full phone number (including country code and area code). We have moved on but unfortunately we were not able to get my wife's number back. The porting is complete but they didnot activated the account and hence it doesn't have any account number associated with it to transfer it to another provider. I am going to advise everyone who are porting their family plans to stay away from MINT mobiles.
I've been having issues with texts not sending for the last 2 weeks. I found that when I enabled Call & Text over Wifi in my Mint settings it helped.
