food from thieving starts at lvl 26 and gets better at lvl 34. food from combat starts with potato plants, is better from sweaty monsters, and then raging horn elites. food from slayer is good but there's a lot to spend slayer coins on instead. food from farming is passive and will be key but takes a few days to ramp up.
