This is a complete Colt M16A1 upper receiver in good surplus condition. The upper/ejection port door/slip ring/charging handle/BCG all came from a surplus parts kit, to which I added a 1969 Colt M16A1 barrel. Barrel is marked C MP C, has a drain-hole C and Bell marked FSB with forge flashing removed. Bore is in nice condition, no issues to note.
