Ended up being a lgh, out of a cab chassis 2013, everything matched up other then one egr plug. But being as egr is deleted it shouldn't be a huge deal, the truck cranks but won't fire up.

I have to go under the hood and pump up my diesel fuel system - located on the passenger side of the engine. Mine was loosing prime and would either stall or not start. I did 2 things to fix the problem. I rebuilt the primer on the fuel filter housing and replace the bleed screw on the filter housing. If incorrect output from the MAF, you will have problems. See if you can solve that one.You should have an output at idle of about 40 gm/sec when your EGR is closed. Engine must spin to 140 RPM before it will fire. If those are the original batteries, I would be suprised if they are up to the task. Hard warm starts, crank time in excess of 3-4 seconds, is a sign of injector problems.

When I release the key everything comes back. I get service 4x4, service stabilitrak, service traction control. No illuminated DTCs. But when I use the autocal it pulls up a few codes.
