If they leave it in, many things going forward would potentially then have to be designed around the fact that eager edge skating is a thing. Sure it was cool flying across the map the first 3 times, but if your idea of fun in this game is defined by skating, then that's pretty cringe imo. There are other games for that.

The button combo is: dodge > glaive melee > jump, but you should melee and jump at nearly the same time. There's a way to shatterdive and use eager edge (heavy attack) at the same time. So you go near an edge or drop of any size pretty much and you power swing, jump and shatterdive basically at the same time and you yeet at high speed. The timing isn't too bad so just try and mes around with it.

this macro is not consistent there a lot of factor that can mess with it like ur fps and ur placement on the ledge but its more consistent than a humanmy di...A quick explanation I used in another comment: Wellskating and Shatterskating are identical, but require a different third input; heavy attack with eager edge off of a ledge, then jump, then Well/shatterdive.
