Report. 2005 Honda Odyssey 129,000 mi, Visitor. Passenger power sliding door would close tight and 5 seconds later slightly open. Dealer replaced motor, telling me it was weak and would no longer hold door tight. Cost to replace motor and door rollers $800. That is the fuse for both doors that is hot all the time, and is the one that people find the parasitic drain on when there is a door latch problem. That said, that door is VERY unsafe without the rear latch in the latched position.The door on my 2005 Odyssey (passenger side) closed, but the Slide Door light came on and it refused to budge using any electronic means. Manually opening and closing was a pain. Checked all fuses - all were fine. Tried pulling the driver's footwell fuse #7 (a backup light fuse I think) for two minutes and the door started working again.My 2007 Honda Odyssey EX has served us well. 140,000 miles and we love it. 2007 Honda Odyssey Sliding door alarm is NOT on Drivers side Alarm is on passenger side, as part of the sliding door actuator unit so it can not be disconnected without replacing the unit. i peeled back the rear trim as far as I could and removed one storage hook on rear post, just to gain enough access for my arm.
