Hi, I have a similar issue. Although I destroyed the portal, destroyed all Unbidden ships and conquered back all Unbidden system one anchor is still missing.... the crisis is still open in the situation log and one anchor still exists andbis in my home system. I downgraded the starbase to lowest level and its value is around 18.500 Ksee pocture.

I'm guessing that for every x number of systems the Unbidden take one station spawns as an anchor.
Fighting the Unbidden, rushed their spawnpoint but the dimensional portal "cannot be attacked".
