I do however thing that in the case of Linus he comes across as someone trying to compensate. The reasons why are more nuanced than just "post video = bad. Not post video = good". LTT commands a lot of influence in the tech industry, the company has grown by leaps and bounds, and LTT was valued by at least one potential buyer at $100 million, if Linus is to be believed in his stepping down as head of LTT video.
