A/C turns on and all but is not cold....actually kinda warm. Checked the low pressure port with a gauge and got a reading of a little over 100psi....which seems extremely high. I can hear something click on when I turn a/c on...fan or relay or whatever.

Then start the car.... start it - do not just turn the key to the on position. push/ pull up the button to make the window go up and hold it. see if it goes up at all. if nothing ---- sorry. if it goes up a bit and then stops.... then motor is bad definitely.... Repeat above steps .... let it cool down completely , start car, press "up" button.
