Comcast is blocking our website to anyone using them as their ISP. They display a message saying "Malware and Phishing. This site is blocked because it is a known security threat. Apparently, it seems if the site URL does not begin with 'www' or has a redirect from 'www', it bypasses the parental controls. This is a concern, because it essentially means that parental controls are not working.
