Having played a horizon walker and an echo knight, I'll say right off the bat this will be a difficult build to utilise all the skills due to bonus actions; the core damage feature for horizon walkers utilises your bonus action every turn to do extra force damage, and the Echo Knight has to use a bonus action to create their duplicate.I am planning a Horizon Walker that has some restrictions but would like help with optimizing/build path. Unless this is a lvl 20 build, I wouldn't go beyond 3-4 levels in fighter, since it's not much and you need a lot of time in horizon walker to actually get the cool teleporting/space magic stuff. At level 5 you get 2d12 + 2d8 + 34 assuming cast summon beast, use planar warrior, and make 2 sharpshooter musket attacks. (average of 56). That's better then crossbow expert start of 2d6 + 1d4 + 6 assuming 2 attacks from crossbow and Favored foe (average of 15.5). At level 4 get sharpshooter for 2d6 + 26 + 1d4 (average of 35.5).
