The only way to obtain it right now is to wait for server transfer. But someone here told that it was possible to obtain redeemed silent recipe from The Judge drop.

Tbh, the best bosses to farm are the white bat, the demon wolf, and the 2 skeleton warriors. The red mother is buggy, and slows you down (just get the free chests behind her as it spawns). the 3rd skeleton is too much of a glitchy climb. the wight is always a b becuase of the aggressive attacks.
