Hello, I have an issue with Home World Transfer. I tried twice already and I followed world transfer service requirements. I am trying to transfer from Phoenix (EU-Light) to Cerberus (EU-Chaos). Both Worlds are "Standard" and have "Creation of New Characters Available" status. I have two friends who started playing one month after me and they were able to transfer just fine today.
