The only difference I see in them is one is a spacer that sits on top of the factory spring and the other one is a taller spring. I have on order a F350 CC LB SRW Then to go along with the 2.5" level kit, I want to run 37" tires with aftermarket wheels with a little offset so the tires stick out just a little say an inch or so.

Keep in mind the stock tires are 34.5" in diameter. Going to a 35" doesn't accomplish much in terms of height. A 6" lift looks good with 37's, but not with 35's.
