I just finished a game as Victoria's England (Prince difficulty) with a religious victory and then proceeded to conquer the map. So I feel I have at least the basics of faith and military down. Nah, it's actually pretty difficult exploiting Eleanor. Amassing loyalty pressure requires massive city, tons of great works, and proximity. I could flip a city, but there was no guarantee I could keep it if I'm not in a heroic/golden age. Forward settling carries its own risk, fell to a dark age and you lost that city within a few turns.
