Physicians Mutual dropped out dentist without any notice in the middle of a Medicare open-enrollment period -- right before I was eligible for some coverage of a dental crown. In addition, they provided NO COVERAGE for an emergency tooth extraction and related bone graft.NOW, here's the reason for my two-star rating. DentalPlans.com offers the CIGNA plan too, for $130 a year (give or take $5). If you buy it directly from CIGNA, it costs $62. That's a 100% mark-up for dentalplans.com. In my book that is the scam.
