Terragent is right, it's a very big question. I'll try to respond as best I can, but there's no single job or job combo that is the absolute best at all.. Vaan, Balthier and Basch max out their Strength easier than the others, and are often the best with all melee weapons.. Ashe and Penelo have an easier time maxing out Magick Power.

High Speed Deathbringer = very many Instant Kill attempts while doing moderate damage. High Speed Excalibur = very fast super high damage.
