Xci is a bit harder to get detected because in sxos case it kind of emulates a gamecart game while nsp is detected as an eshop title. So if you haven't bought the game and it shows up in your account then you will most likely get banned.

The end result is the same. They are both container files. Nsp is the format the E-Shop content is in. XCI is the cartridge format. Kinda Basically. That's why XCI is slightly bigger and may contain update partitions, DLC etc Etc. The game files itself are NCA and such. I should have stated that I launched a nsp game while connected to the internet, and unless I have the worst luck ever, because I was playing the nsp and seen my wifi was connected, I exited the game, booted off, and tried the eshop, was banned.
