Last time I didn't feel a thing. A couple insertions ago it hurt like a mofo. Depends if it hits a nerve. I hesitate to even rank the pain on a 1-10 scale because it's usually minor and lasts maybe 5 seconds when it isn't. I'm happy to deal with sometimes Dexcom pain than sticking my fingers multiple times every day.
