We’re aware of an issue affecting some customers’ Xfinity Stream service, and we have had users reporting the issue has been resolved as they can now access Xfinity Stream. I see you're reporting you can access it now as well, we appreciate you taking the time to follow up on your post.Streaming error: tvapp-00502 & tvapp-00500 Once again I have these errors and xfinity customer service is unable to help. On the phone with one of them for over half an hour to once again uninstall the app, reinstall the app, reboot the internet, and wait around 1hr for a text asking if the issue was resolved.
