You're probably missing the J after the JSAA, so the full VIN would most likely be: JSAAJ141A2F111169. The 5 digit is the engine size. I can start it with or without the choke using the ...The rear brake foot pedal and the rear hand brake eventually connect to two cables that terminate just above the rear axle. The arm or lever or whatever that these two cables connect to seems to be stuck in the forward position (thus locking the brakes). I soaked it in WD40. Used a crow bar to pull it rearward about 3/4".

Popping, backfiring Suzuki Quadrunner LT-4WD. I'm working on a 1989 LT-4WD for a buddy. He has had issues with this thing flooding. Went thru the carburetor, correctly set the float, rebuilt the carb with a full kit. Starts and runs fine at idle, runs way too rich when throttle opened.Once again, I much appreciate the feedback. After replacing it I hooked a test light to the ground and tested the hot wire (blue wire),which had a light which proved power was getting to it. Then when I hit the 4wd button the light went out which showed the hot wire was no longer getting power. Same as when sliding it into diff lock. Use impact wrench and remove the nut on front pully. remove the roller basket and hold it together so not to let the rollers fall to the ground. There is a sleeve and a washer/ring. Remove the washer ring. Put it back together.The valve seal was also a problem. The exhaust valve sit's in a pocket that allows oil to sit in it. That makes it easier for the oil to be sucked into the exhaust. Yes, the oil is being sucked into the exhaust when running. As the exhaust is blown through the exhaust port it creates a small vacuum on the valve guide area.As for starting, try using the recoil starter with the decompression lever and see how the atv starts.
