Subaru outback passenger window not working.

Hi, I have a 2013 OUtback and last night when I went to close my windows after being open all day I was unable to operate my passenger window, and on my door panel the red backlights for the passenger and rear window switches were unlit and unresponsive. I thought this was a fuse issue however...You [or someone] can check if it's the switch or motor by jumping the pins on the plug from the bottom of the switch. BTW, you should be able to pry the rear of the control cluster up with a putty knife then pull it back to release it from the front clip. The problem still happens with both keys in the car. Based on what I've read online, I think I'll try the following: 1. Try a new brand of batteries instead of cheap ones from Amazon - Energizer or Duracell. 2. Put the key in the door pocket instead of by the cup holder as phone interference may cause the problem.

Thanks! Sometimes the windows on my OB will stick to the rubber weatherstrip and not budge. Eventually the motor wins out, but you may want to try running a credit card or something else thin, flexible and not sharp between the glass and rubber.
