Not sure if anyone reads Invincible but the best way to make a hypothetical hybrid Saiyan/Kryptonion would be to make a hybrid Viltrumite/Saiyan or Viltrumite/Kryptonian first. They're similar to Kryptonians but they're not powered by solar rays. Their genetic code is so pure that they can make offspring with any other intelligent species.
