Lake Titicaca is not so touristy, it all depends where you go. You can stay overnight in the lakeside village of Llachon for instance, it remains quiet. A quick search tells me that for the same random date in April: A one-way ticket from Lima to Cuzco on Cruz del Sur costs $70 and takes 21 hours. A one-way flight from Lima to Cuzco on Peruvian Airlines costs $87 and takes about 2 hours.

Sky Airlines uses the newer a320neo compared to LATAM's a319 or older a320s - I have flown both and you can tell LATAM planes had better days.
