N-400 doesn't ask about pending I-751 but your N-400 cannot and will not be approved until the I-751 is approved. What often ends up happening is people get a combo interview for both I-751 and N-400, so you should prepare for that. My spoused filed i751 in Feb 2019 and n400 in Feb 2020. Both are pending.
